Trade Fair Construction Assistance in Stuttgart

Preparing an exhibition booth or handling event logistics requires dependable manpower under strict deadlines. Whether you are exhibiting at Messe Stuttgart or setting up a pop-up showroom in the city center, our student helpers step in wherever an extra pair of hands is needed.

• Booth Setup & Teardown: Efficient assembly of partition walls, truss systems, display shelving, and rapid dismantling once the trade show concludes.

• Curbside Unloading & Hall Transport: Freight carriers frequently drop palettes at loading docks or curbsides. Our helpers transport crates, roll containers, and displays right onto your stand floor.

• Stairs & Bulky Display Handling: Managing heavy AV tech, showcases, and podiums across multi-level stands, freight lifts, or narrow backstage staircases.

• Stand Refurbishment & Renovation Prep: Assisting carpenters, running cable channels, cleaning surfaces, and handling prep work before VIP opening hours.

• Short-Notice Crew Backup: When your scheduled staff falls ill or fails to show up on setup day, we mobilize same-day emergency replacements across Stuttgart.

Our network of active students spans every corner of the Stuttgart metropolitan area, allowing for rapid arrival at exhibition grounds, commercial centers, and workshop facilities.

We regularly match trade fair construction assistance in key districts including Stuttgart-Mitte, Bad Cannstatt, Stuttgart-Vaihingen, and Feuerbach. Furthermore, our students readily commute to the Messe Stuttgart grounds in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, as well as suburban commercial hubs like Esslingen am Neckar and Ludwigsburg.

Because helpers are based locally, travel times are short and flexibility remains high, even for early morning assembly shifts or late-night teardowns.

Organizing site logistics is stressful enough—booking trade fair helpers should not be. Our digital matching process connects you with competent student workers in minutes.

• Step 1: Submit Your Requirements: Enter the date, location (e.g., Messe Stuttgart hall or local venue), start time, and estimated team size. Specify if driver's licenses or tool proficiencies are needed.

• Step 2: Instant Matching & Profile Review: We assign verified student helpers whose schedules match your slot. You receive their detailed profiles—no anonymous assignments.

• Step 3: Direct Coordination & On-Site Work: Helpers arrive punctually to execute setup or teardown. You settle wages directly with the students upon completion at fair transparent rates starting at €14/hr.

ProfiStudis acts as a pure intermediary platform connecting businesses and exhibitors directly with motivated, vetted university talent throughout 2026.

• Individually Vetted Profiles: Every student profile is checked manually for identity, reliability, and past experience before being assigned to trade fair jobs.

• 2-1 Confirmation Safety System: To prevent no-shows, our automated system requires matched helpers to re-confirm their shift 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your job.

• Driver's License Availability: Need equipment shuttled? Many of our helpers hold valid licenses to drive transport vans from Carl & Carla, Miles, or Sixt.

• Dedicated WhatsApp Crew Groups: For multi-person crews (3 to 6+ helpers), we establish direct communication groups so you can coordinate call times and hall entrances effortlessly.

• Replacement Guarantee: In the rare case of an unforeseen helper absence, we immediately dispatch an alternative student helper from our backup pool or refund your matching fee in full.
