Book reliable Messehilfe in Reutlingen

Are you looking for reliable staff for your next trade fair appearance at the Stadthalle Reutlingen or the Bösmannsäcker exhibition grounds? Our students from the Hochschule Reutlingen (especially the ESB Business School) and the neighboring Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen are available at short notice and can be booked starting at 14 €/hr. Compared to expensive event agencies, you save on high margins and long lead times while working directly with motivated, multilingual university students.

The Reutlingen housing market around the campus in Hohbuch, in Betzingen, and in the Oststadt near the Georgenberg is heavily populated by students. This is your exact location advantage: while national exhibition construction companies get stuck in chronic rush-hour traffic on the B28 (Ulmer Straße), the B312, or in the Scheibengipfeltunnel, our student helpers are already on site. They reach the Stadthalle Reutlingen at the Bürgerpark or the Bösmannsäcker exhibition grounds directly and on time using the RSV bus lines (such as line 4, 7, or 11) as well as the regional train RB 63 via the Reutlingen Hauptbahnhof. This eliminates high travel costs, and you get punctual support starting at 14 €/hr right where you need it most.

Whether it is a career fair, garden exhibition, or trade congress – our helpers take on the exact tasks required at your event:

• Booth Setup & Breakdown: Strong support when unloading vans (e.g., from Sixt on Bahnhofstraße, Carl und Carla, or Europcar on Sondelfinger Straße), carrying exhibition furniture, laying carpets, and assembling trusses or system booths.
• Booth Staffing & Reception: Friendly greeting of your guests, handing out visitor passes, wardrobe service, and basic booth organization so your sales team can focus on their core work.
• Promotion & Lead Generation: Actively approaching trade fair visitors, distributing flyers or giveaways, and digitally capturing contact details at the booth.
• Catering Support & Logistics: Serving drinks, preparing snacks, refilling brochure racks, and keeping your booth area clean during ongoing operations.

At ProfiStudis, there is no blind "job pushing" via an impersonal app. We rely on genuine personnel selection by our experienced scheduling team so that your trade fair appearance runs smoothly starting at 14 €/hr:

• Verified Identity: We conduct a strict identity check in advance for all registered students.
• Personal Selection by Experts: No algorithm makes the decision. We speak with the applicants and usually select well-coordinated teams that have already worked together successfully at other events in Reutlingen and received top reviews.
• The 2-1 Reminder System: To prevent no-shows, we personally contact your booked helpers exactly 2 days and again 1 day before the event starts.
• 100% Exclusivity & Direct Contact: With our booking confirmation via email, the helpers are firmly reserved just for you. Immediately afterward, the students will contact you by phone or text message. For larger trade fair teams, we immediately set up a shared WhatsApp group for easy on-site coordination.
