Trade Fair Construction Assistance in Nürtingen – Skilled Student Helpers

Preparing for an exhibition or commercial display requires punctuality, stamina, and reliable teamwork. Whether you are staging an event at the K3N Stadthalle Nürtingen or setting up a regional showroom display, student helpers provide the extra hands you need to meet tight deadlines.

• Booth Assembly & Dismantling: Assisting with modular wall panels, trusses, banner displays, counters, and laying protective carpet tiles.
• Curbside Freight Unloading: When freight couriers dump heavy palletized crates at the hall gate or curbside, our helpers carry displays, lighting gear, and demo machines directly to your stand space.
• Heavy Gear Transport: Safely navigating flight cases, monitor walls, and heavy demo units through narrow aisles, service lifts, or multi-level event spaces.
• Emergency Backup for Crew Cancellations: If your primary stand crew or colleague falls ill right before showtime, access same-day replacements without missing your deadline.
• Post-Show Packing & Staging Cleanout: Rapid breakdown, wrapping fragile promotional displays, dismantling furniture, and loading transport vehicles cleanly.

We connect exhibition organizers, craftspeople, and exhibitors with local students based in and around Nürtingen. Because helpers live locally, they can arrive promptly at your venue, warehouse, or retail space.

Our network covers all core districts of Nürtingen, including Oberensingen, Zizishausen, Neckarhausen, and Reudern. In addition, we coordinate student helpers across surrounding commuter areas such as Wendlingen am Neckar and Frickenhausen. Whether your staging project is right near the Neckar or at a commercial park on the outskirts, qualified hands are never far away.

• 1. Submit Project Details: Tell us your project date, location in Nürtingen, expected hours, and the number of helpers required (from 1 solo helper to a 4-person crew).

• 2. Get Matched with Vetted Students: We match your job with physically fit, reliable university students. Helpers re-confirm their assignment via our double-check system 48 hours and 24 hours prior to shift start.

• 3. Direct Setup & Straightforward Payment: Your student crew arrives on site to build, move, or break down your stand. You pay the helper directly at fair rates starting from €14/hr upon job completion.

Exhibition deadlines do not allow for unverified assistance or uncertain arrival times. ProfiStudis delivers a dependable matching platform designed to eliminate scheduling friction:

• Vetted Student Profiles: No blind bookings. Every helper profile is personally screened and vetted before being assigned to your trade show project.
• 2-1 Confirmation Safeguard: Students verify their attendance 48 hours and 24 hours before your booking, eliminating uncertainty on setup morning.
• Van Drivers Available: Need exhibition crates transported? Many registered students hold valid driver's licenses and have experience driving transit vans from Carl & Carla, Miles, or Sixt.
• Dedicated Coordination: For crews of 3 to 4 helpers, we establish coordinated communication channels so you can brief the entire team at once.
