Trade Fair Construction Assistance in Düsseldorf – Reliable Hands from €3

Setting up or dismantling an exhibition booth often comes down to tight turnaround windows, strict hall deadlines, and physical exhaustion. ProfiStudis provides active, capable student workers ready to assist your core technical crew across a wide range of trade fair tasks:

• Booth Assembly & Teardown: Carrying modular partition walls, laying exhibition carpet tiles, hoisting lightweight truss elements, and dismantling display stands cleanly after the expo closes.
• Loading Bay Unloading & Curbside Freight: Freight couriers frequently drop heavy pallets, crates, and display counters right at the curb or hall gate. Our helpers step in to haul bulky elements directly to your stand space.
• Stairs & Bulky Display Handling: Transporting oversized screens, showcase glass, heavy brochure boxes, or lounge furniture up mezzanine staircases and across long exhibition corridors.
• Pre-Fair Prep & Stand Touch-ups: Assisting with last-minute stand cleaning, unpacking promotional merchandise, masking surfaces, and touch-up painting.
• Emergency Backup for Crew Dropouts: When a scheduled crew member falls ill or fails to show up on setup day, ProfiStudis delivers rapid, reliable replacements on short notice.

Whether your event is situated directly inside the exhibition grounds or involves preparatory workshop assembly across the region, our student network spans the entire Rhine metropolis.

We regularly supply trade fair hands directly to the exhibition halls in Stockum, as well as corporate showrooms, pop-up events, and storage facilities in Unterbilk, Pempelfort, and Derendorf.

Need materials loaded at an external warehouse or showroom before heading to the hall? We also cover surrounding commuter towns such as Neuss and Meerbusch, ensuring smooth transit and loading logistics wherever your staging takes place.

• Step 1: Submit Your Requirements: Enter your setup or teardown dates, hall location in Düsseldorf, required number of helpers (from 1 extra helper to a 4-person crew), and specific tasks.

• Step 2: Rapid Matching & Profile Check: We match your project with vetted, available students. You receive confirmed profiles alongside our 2-1 confirmation check to ensure maximum punctuality.

• Step 3: Direct Collaboration & Transparent Pay: Helpers arrive on site on time. You pay the student directly starting from €14/hr, while securing your booking from just €3.

• Vetted Profiles: Every student helper on our platform is manually reviewed. We do not use anonymous, unvetted labor pools.
• 2-1 Confirmation Check: Our helpers actively re-confirm their shift 48 hours and 24 hours prior to starting, practically eliminating unexpected no-shows on crucial build days.
• Scalable 1–4 Person Crews: Whether you simply need an extra pair of hands for a morning unload or a dedicated 4-person crew to manage a midnight teardown, we scale to your exact needs.
• Van Drivers Available: Many of our helpers hold valid driver's licenses and have practical experience operating rental vans from providers like Miles, Sixt, or Carl & Carla.
• WhatsApp Coordination: For multi-helper assignments, we organize streamlined communication groups so your team lead can coordinate arrival times and hall gate permits seamlessly.
