Trade Fair Construction Assistance in Dortmund – Reliable Student Helpers from €3

Setting up an impressive exhibition booth in Dortmund comes with strict deadlines, rigid hall schedules, and strenuous manual labor. ProfiStudis delivers energetic, hands-on student crew members right to your exhibition hall or workshop floor exactly when you need them in 2026.

• Booth Assembly & Truss Setup: Handling heavy display panels, holding structural beams, positioning aluminum trusses, and securing partition walls.

• Curbside Freight & Pallet Unloading: When freight forwarders drop your crates and display gear curbside at the venue, our helpers haul crates, roll display carts, and carry inventory straight onto the stand.

• Rapid Stand Breakdown & Packing: When the trade show closes, teardown is all about speed. Student helpers pack display models, dismantle shelving, roll up carpet tiles, and load rental vans efficiently.

• Emergency Same-Day Standby: If assigned personnel or sub-contractors call in sick at the last minute, we supply prompt replacements to keep your booth opening on time.

• Renovation, Workshop Prep & Demolition: Extra muscle for prepping timber backdrops, moving workshop tools, clearing out scrap materials, or setting up pop-up showrooms across Dortmund.

Whether you are setting up at the Westfalenhallen exhibition grounds or preparing exhibits in local workshops, our student network spans across the entire city and adjacent commuter hubs.

We provide rapid coverage across major Dortmund quarters such as Innenstadt-West (right next to the trade fair complex), Kreuzviertel, Hörde, and Brackel. In addition, we coordinate helpers throughout suburban commuter towns including Schwerte and Castrop-Rauxel.

Because Dortmund is home to over 50,000 students across TU Dortmund and FH Dortmund, our local network ensures short transit routes, punctual arrivals at hall gates, and flexible shift schedules tailored to night builds or weekend takedowns.

Organizing exhibition personnel doesn't require bureaucratic delays or endless phone calls. Our matching system is designed for speed:

• 1. Submit Job Details in 2 Minutes: Specify your setup date, hall location, expected hours, and how many helpers you need (from a single extra hand up to a 4-person crew).

• 2. Rapid Matching & Crew Confirmation: We assign manually vetted students who match your profile criteria. With our unique 2-1 confirmation check (re-confirming at 48h and 24h prior), attendance is reliably secured.

• 3. Hands-On Execution & Direct Payment: Your crew arrives ready to work at the stand. You settle fair student wages directly starting from €14 per hour.

Trade fair logistics run on unforgiving timelines. ProfiStudis combines the agility of motivated university students with enterprise-grade reliability.

• Manually Vetted Profiles: No anonymous or unverified profiles. Every student helper is checked before taking on jobs.

• 2-1 Confirmation Safeguard: Our helpers confirm their assignment 48 hours and 24 hours prior to work start. This eliminates unexcused absences during critical assembly phases.

• Rental Van Drivers Included: Many of our registered helpers hold valid German driver's licenses and have practical experience operating rental vans from Carl & Carla, Sixt, or Miles.

• Dedicated WhatsApp Crew Groups: For multi-helper assignments, we organize a shared chat group to coordinate meeting points, hall gate access, and schedule changes seamlessly.

• Legal & Administrative Simplicity: ProfiStudis operates purely as a matching platform. Exhibitors and businesses can register helpers smoothly via Germany's SV-Meldeportal or standard temporary frameworks.
