Trade Fair Construction Assistance in Bielefeld – Hands-on Helpers from €3

Exhibition timelines are tight, and booth construction rarely runs without unexpected physical challenges. Whether you are building an elaborate display at Stadthalle Bielefeld or setting up pop-up presentations at corporate venues, energetic student helpers provide the extra workforce you need.

• Freight & Loading Dock Unloading: Pallets dropped at curbside or exhibition bay doors need to get to your booth spot immediately. Helpers move display walls, trusses, and lighting cases right where you need them.
• Booth Assembly & Teardown: From bolting modular aluminum systems and fitting display panels to unrolling carpet runners and managing packaging, helpers follow your instructions precisely.
• Navigating Stairs & Heavy Displays: Venues with service stairs or restricted freight elevator access require serious stamina. Helpers handle bulky counters, digital totems, and product showcases safely.
• Emergency Same-Day Backup: If your planned crew or colleagues fall sick on setup morning, we match reliable local replacements on short notice so your opening isn't compromised.
• Post-Fair Disassembly & Packing: Once the event closes, teardown has to happen quickly. Helpers dismantle, wrap, pack flight cases, and load vehicles efficiently.

Our active pool of student workers spans the entire city and nearby exhibition locations throughout Ostwestfalen-Lippe in 2026. Whether your project takes place in central event spaces or commercial business parks, helpers arrive ready to work.

Key Bielefeld districts covered include:

• Mitte: Direct access to central conference hotels, town halls, and commercial exhibition spaces.
• Schildesche & Gellershagen: Convenient proximity to the university campus and commercial event locations.
• Brackwede & Sennestadt: Fast support for industrial business parks, logistics warehouses, and local company show floors.
• Dornberg & Jöllenbeck: Readily available for local showroom renovations and event prep.

We also routinely supply student crews to neighboring commuter hubs including Herford, Gütersloh, and Oerlinghausen.

Securing booth setup assistance shouldn't add stress to your event schedule. Our streamlined matching gets your crew locked in quickly.

1. Tell Us What You Need: Specify the setup date, venue location in Bielefeld, required shift hours, and the number of helpers (from 1 extra pair of hands to a multi-person setup crew).
2. Student Crew Matching: We check available vetted students across Bielefeld. Once matched, you receive direct contact details to coordinate entry badges and specifics.
3. Direct Settlement: Helpers work under your guidance. You pay their wage directly (recommended starting from €14/hr in cash or bank transfer), keeping project costs lean and completely transparent.

Trade fair construction demands punctuality and commitment. We ensure your on-site experience runs smoothly through strict quality safeguards:

• Manually Vetted Profiles: Every student helper on our platform is individually verified. You don't get unvetted anonymous profiles; you get capable, motivated university students.
• 2-1 Availability Confirmation: Helpers must actively re-confirm their shift 48 hours and 24 hours prior to setup start. This practically eliminates sudden no-shows.
• Scalable Crews with Team Chat: Need 3–4 helpers for an overnight teardown? We organize dedicated WhatsApp coordination groups so your team lead can manage schedules, venue passes, and updates in real time.
• Licensed Van Drivers: Many helpers hold valid German Class B driving licenses and regularly operate rental transporters from providers like Carl & Carla, Miles, or Sixt, handling transit between storage units and the venue.
• Clear Legal Framework: ProfiStudis operates as a pure matching platform. For proper compliance, private individuals can register helpers via the Minijob-Zentrale 'Haushaltsscheck-Verfahren', while business clients utilize the SV-Meldeportal.
